(1) The Policing and Crime Act 2009 is amended as follows. (2) Omit section 48(1) (rules may make provision about exercise of county court jurisdiction). (3) In paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 5 (meaning of “the court”)— (a) for “a county”, in both places, substitute “ the county ” , and (b) omit “or district judge”.
