In the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999— (a) in section 25(5)(a) after “granted” insert “ in England and Wales by the county court or in Northern Ireland ” , (b) in section 43(3)(a) after “a county court” insert “ in Northern Ireland, or the county court in England and Wales, ” , and (c) in sections 89(7), 92(1) and 112(4) after “a county court” insert “ in Northern Ireland or the county court in England and Wales ” .
