In section 25(1) of the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 in the definition of “the court”— (a) for “a county” in both places substitute “ the county ” , and (b) for “22 of this Act” substitute “ 25 of the County Courts Act 1984 ” .
