In this Schedule— “ the HSE ” means the Health and Safety Executive; “ the interim ONR ” means the agency of the HSE currently known as the Office for Nuclear Regulation; “ TUPE regulations ” means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (S.I. 2006/246).
