(1) Schedule 2 is amended as follows. (2) In paragraph 1 for “section 22(5)” substitute “ section 22(10) ” . (3) In paragraphs 1, 2, 5 and 6, for “the Minister” in each place where it appears substitute “ the Secretary of State ” . (4) In paragraph 7— (a) for “or, in Scotland, the Court of Session, and the High Court or Court of Session” substitute “ and the High Court ” ; (b) omit “or, as the case may be, the Court of Session”. (5) Omit paragraph 8. (6) For the title substitute “ Inquiries under section 22(10) relating to occurrences in Northern Ireland ” .
