(1) Section 2 (information and records for purposes of the Additional Protocol) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1), for “Secretary of State” substitute “ Office for Nuclear Regulation ” . (3) In subsection (2), for “Secretary of State”, in both places where it appears, substitute “ Office for Nuclear Regulation ” . (4) In subsection (3)(a) for “Secretary of State” substitute “ Office for Nuclear Regulation ” .
