(1) Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 is amended as follows. (2) In Part 2 (bodies of which all members are disqualified), at the appropriate place insert— “ The Office for Nuclear Regulation. ” (3) In Part 3 (other disqualifying offices), at the appropriate place insert— “ Member of staff of the Office for Nuclear Regulation (within the meaning of Part 3 of the Energy Act 2013). ”
