(1) The Radioactive Material (Road Transport) Act 1991, apart from section 1(1), is repealed. (2) In section 1(1) of that Act, for “In this Act” substitute “ In this subsection (which applies for the purposes of section E5 of Part 2 of Schedule 5 to the Scotland Act 1998) ” .
