In section 2A of the National Health Service Act 2006 (Secretary of State's duty as to protection of public health)— (a) in subsection (3)(b), for “the Health and Safety Executive” substitute “ a relevant body ” ; (b) in subsection (4)(a), for “Health and Safety Executive” substitute “ relevant body ” ; (c) after subsection (4) insert— (5) For the purposes of subsections (3) and (4), each of the following is a relevant body— (a) the Health and Safety Executive; (b) the Office for Nuclear Regulation.
