(1) Requiring, in specified circumstances, specified matters to be notified in a specified manner to specified persons. (2) Specifying any power, to be exercisable by any inspector who may be authorised to exercise it by the instrument of appointment, in specified circumstances to require persons to provide information about measures they propose to take in order to comply with any of the relevant statutory provisions.
