Imposing requirements with respect to the following, in relation to any nuclear installation or its site— (a) design and construction; (b) siting, installation and commissioning; (c) operation; (d) testing, maintenance and repair; (e) inspection; (f) alteration or adjustment; (g) dismantling and decommissioning.
