(1) An authorised inspector may direct that any relevant premises, or any article or substance in them, must be left undisturbed for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes of any examination or investigation necessary for the purpose of any of the relevant statutory provisions. (2) A direction under sub-paragraph (1)— (a) may relate to part of any relevant premises; (b) may relate to particular aspects of any premises or article or substance.
