Nothing in this Part of this Schedule is to be taken to confer power to compel the production by any person of a document or information in respect of which— (a) in England and Wales or Northern Ireland, a claim to legal professional privilege, or (b) in Scotland, a claim to confidentiality of communications, could be maintained in legal proceedings.
