s 118 Review of Part 3
(1) As soon as reasonably practicable after the end of the period of 7 years beginning with the day on which section 77 comes into force, the Secretary of State must carry out a review of the provisions of this Part. (2) The Secretary of State must set out the conclusions of the review in a report. (3) The report must, in particular— (a) set out the objectives of the provisions of this Part, (b) assess the extent to which those objectives have been achieved, and (c) assess whether those objectives remain appropriate and, if so, the extent to which those objectives could be achieved in a way that imposes less regulation. (4) The Secretary of State must lay the report before Parliament.
