(1) Section 11A (modification of remedies for breach of statutory condition in non-consumer cases) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1) omit “then, if the person to whom the goods are bailed does not deal as consumer,”. (3) In subsection (3), for paragraph (b) substitute— (b) that the agreement was a relevant hire-purchase agreement. (4) Omit subsection (4).
