(1) Section 15 (supplementary) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1)— (a) in the definition of “hire-purchase agreement” at the end insert— and a hire-purchase agreement is relevant if it is not a contract to which Chapter 2 of Part 1 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies; (b) omit the definition of “producer”. (3) Omit subsection (3).
