(1) Section 15 (scope of Part 2) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (2) for “to 18” substitute “ and 17 ” . (3) In subsection (3)— (a) for “to 18” substitute “ and 17 ” , and (b) in paragraph (b) omit sub-paragraph (ii) and the “or” preceding it.
