(4) In paragraph 2— (a) for “to 4” substitute “ , 3 ” , and (b) omit “except in favour of a person dealing as consumer”. (5) In paragraph 3— (a) for “, 3 and 4” substitute “ and 3 ” , and (b) omit “, except in favour of a person dealing as consumer,”.
