(1) Section 29 (powers of search etc) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1) for “any of the powers conferred by the following provisions of this section” substitute “ the power conferred by subsection (4) ” . (3) Omit subsections (2), (3), (5) and (6). (4) In subsection (7) omit— (a) “, (5) or (6)”, and (b) “or records”.
