(1) Section 211 (domestic infringements) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1)(c), omit “in the United Kingdom”. (3) After subsection (1) insert— (1A) But an act or omission which satisfies the conditions in subsection (1) is a domestic infringement only if at least one of the following is satisfied— (a) the person supplying (or seeking to supply) goods or services has a place of business in the United Kingdom, or (b) the goods or services are supplied (or sought to be supplied) to or for a person in the United Kingdom (see section 232).
