In paragraph 9— (a) the existing provision is numbered as sub-paragraph (1), and (b) after that provision insert— (2) In this Schedule, where a paragraph is capable of applying to proceedings relating to the approval of a collective settlement under section 49A or 49B of the 1998 Act, any reference in that paragraph to “ proceedings ” includes a reference to those proceedings.
