s 18 No other requirement to treat term about quality or fitness as included
(1) Except as provided by sections 9, 10, 13 and 16, a contract to supply goods is not to be treated as including any term about the quality of the goods or their fitness for any particular purpose, unless the term is expressly included in the contract. (2) Subsection (1) is subject to provision made by any other enactment (whenever passed or made).
