To determine the “ uplifted decommissioning costs estimate ” in relation to the TTH asset— (a) determine the transferred proportion of the net cost amount (see paragraphs 6 and 7), (b) allocate the relevant proportion of the amount determined under paragraph (a) to the TTH asset (see paragraph 8), (c) adjust the allocated amount in accordance with paragraph 9, and (d) double the adjusted amount.
