reg 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Primary Medical Qualifications Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 10th July 1996. (2) In these Regulations— (a) “ the Act ” means the Medical Act 1983 ; and (b) expressions which are used in the Act have the same meanings as in the Act.
