reg 12 Watchkeeping arrangements in port
The master of any ship which is safely moored or safely at anchor under normal circumstances in port shall arrange for an appropriate and effective watch to be maintained for the purposes of safety. Such arrangements shall be in accordance with Part 4 of section A-VIII/2 of the STCW Code and any operational guidance specified by the Secretary of State.
