reg 20 Endorsement of UK certificates
In the case of a certificate issued by the Secretary of State the certificate shall be endorsed by the Secretary of State in accordance with the STCW Convention if he is satisfied that the holder of the certificate complies with the requirements of regulation 7, 9 or 10.
