reg 1 Citation, commencement and revocations
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Health and Safety at Work) (Employment of Young Persons) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 30th October 1998. (2) The Merchant Shipping (Employment of Young Persons) Regulations 1995 are hereby revoked.
