reg 4 Consultation on staff transfers
(1) Before the Secretary of State may make an order under paragraph 20(1) of Schedule 5A to the Act (transfer of property etc. on dissolution of a Primary Care Trust) the Health Authority in whose area the Primary Care Trust to be dissolved is established must consult staff representatives. (2) Before the Secretary of State may make an order under paragraph 23(1) of Schedule 5A to the Act (transfer of staff to a Primary Care Trust) the Health Authority in whose area the Primary Care Trust to which employees are to be transferred is established must consult staff representatives.
