reg 4 False Representations or Declaration

Any person who procures or attempts to procure the issue of a certificate by making or producing or causing to be made or produced any false or fraudulent representation or declaration, either orally or in writing, shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.
