Sch 2 para 17 Fitness to practise proceedings
An appeal— (a) under section 12 of the 1997 Act which is pending or proceeding before any court on the date on which that section is repealed; or (b) which is received by the Council before the relevant appeal provisions in the rules referred to in paragraph 16 are in force, shall be dealt with as if section 12 remained in force.
