Sch 2 para 2 The transitional periods
In this Schedule— “the first transitional period” means the period beginning with the coming into force of article 3 and ending on the date of coming into force of the first order made by the Privy Council under article 6(1); “the second transitional period” means the period beginning with the day after the coming into force of the first order made by the Privy Council under article 6(1) and ending on the second anniversary of that date, unless ended earlier by the Privy Council on a proposal received by it from the Council.
