Sch 5 para 13 Employment Rights Act 1996 (c. 18)
In section 55 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (right to time off for ante-natal care), in each of subsections (1)(b) and (2)(a) for “registered health visitor”, there shall be substituted “registered nurse”.
