Sch 5 para 17 Freedom of Information Act 2000 (c. 36)
In Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (public authorities), in Part VI (other public bodies and offices: general)— (a) the entries for the English National Board for Nursing, Midwifery and Health Visiting and the Welsh National Board for Nursing, Midwifery and Health Visiting shall be omitted; and (b) the entry for the United Kingdom Central Council for Nursing, Midwifery and Health Visiting, shall be omitted and “The Nursing and Midwifery Council.” shall be inserted in the appropriate place.
