Sch 5 para 2 Medicines Act 1968 (c. 67)
In section 58 of the Medicines Act 1968 (medicinal products on prescription only)— (a) for subsection (1)(d) there shall be substituted— (d) registered nurses or midwives who are of such a description and comply with such conditions as may be specified in the order (b) in subsection (4)(a), for the words “a registered nurse, midwife or health visitor,”, there shall be substituted “a registered nurse or midwife,”.
