Sch 5 para 7 The Interpretation Act 1978
In Schedule 1 to the Interpretation Act 1978 (words and expressions defined), for the definition of “Registered” in relation to nurses, midwives and health visitors there shall be substituted— “Registered” in relation to nurses and midwives, means registered in the register maintained under article 5 of the Nurses and Midwives Order 2001 by virtue of qualifications in nursing or midwifery, as the case may be.
