Sch 5 para 9 The Video Recordings Act 1984 (c. 39)
In section 3 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (exempted supplies), in subsection (11), for “the Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Act 1997”, there shall be substituted “the Nursing and Midwifery Order 2001”.
