reg 48 Supplementary and transitional provisions and extent
(1) The transitional provisions contained in Schedule 2 to this Order shall apply. (2) The Privy Council may by order make such further transitional provisions as it considers appropriate. (3) The consequential amendments contained in Schedule 4 to this Order shall apply. (4) This Order extends to the whole of the United Kingdom.
