Sch 4 para 4 The Video Recordings Act 1984 (c. 39)
In section 3 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (exempted supplies), in subsection (11), for “the Professions Supplementary to Medicine Act 1960,” there shall be substituted “the Health Professions Order 2001”.
