Sch 4 para 8 The Health Act 1999 (c. 8)
In the Health Act 1999— (a) in section 60 (regulation of health care and associated professions), in subsection (2), in paragraph (c) for “the Professions Supplementary to Medicine Act 1960”, there shall be substituted “the Health Professions Order 2001”; and (b) In Schedule 3 to the Health Act 1999, in paragraph 8 (certain functions not to be transferred from regulatory body) sub-paragraph (3) shall be omitted.
