reg 38 In vitro diagnostic medical devices not ready for use
Subject to regulation 39, no person shall— (a) put into service a relevant device; (b) supply a relevant device— (i) if that supply is also a putting into service of that device, or (ii) in circumstances where that device has been placed on the market or put into service, which is not ready for use.
