reg 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Health Professions (Parts of and Entries in the Register) Order of Council 2003 and shall come into force on 9th July 2003. (2) In this Order, “ the Order ” means the Health Professions Order 2001 ; “ old register ” means a register maintained by the Health Professions Council pursuant to paragraph 11 of Schedule 2 to the Order and listed in column 1 of Schedule 2 to this Order.
