reg 14 Annual report of the Chief Inspector
(1) The Chief Inspector shall publish a report on the activities of the Branch— (a) on or before 30th September 2006 in respect of the period from the coming into force of these Regulations to 31st December 2005; and (b) thereafter on or before 30th September each year in respect of the previous calendar year. (2) Every report under paragraph (1) shall contain in respect of the period to which it relates— (a) a summary of the investigations conducted by the Branch; (b) a list of the recommendations issued; and (c) details of the measures that have been reported to the Branch as having been taken in response to its recommendations. (3) A report may contain such other information relating to the activities and aims of the Branch specified in section 4 of the 2003 Act as the Chief Inspector may determine.
