reg 16 Offences
(1) A person guilty of an offence under regulation 4(12), 7(6), 8(7) and 9(13) to 9(16) shall be liable— (a) on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or to a fine not exceeding £20,000 a fine , or both; and (b) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or a fine, or both. (2) A person guilty of an offence under regulation 6(7) shall be liable — (a) on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £20,000; and (b) on conviction on indictment to a fine on summary conviction, or on conviction on indictment, to a fine . (3) A person guilty of an offence under regulation 10(9) , 12(5) or 13(6) shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
