reg 13 Approval of a producer’s application to establish a collection system
Approval of a producer’s application to establish a system for the collection of vehicles under regulation 10 shall be granted where the Secretary of State is satisfied that the requirements of— (a) regulation 10; (b) regulation 11; and (c) regulation 12. are met.
