reg 16 Compliance Notice
Where the Secretary of State has reasonable grounds for believing that any or all of the requirements of the following regulations have not been complied with — (a) regulation 7, paragraphs (1), (2) , (3) and (9) ; (b) regulation 10; (c) regulation 11; and (d) regulation 12 she may serve a compliance notice on the producer.
