reg 19 Certificate of Compliance
(1) Where the targets for reuse, recovery and recycling as set out in regulation 18 are attained by — (a) a producer, he shall send a certificate of compliance to the Secretary of State; (b) the owner or operator of an authorised treatment facility, he shall send a certificate of compliance to the Secretary of State. (2) The certificate of compliance shall be sent to the Secretary of State by 1st July each year in respect of the immediately preceding year. (3) The provisions of Schedule 4 shall apply as regards the information to be contained in a certificate of compliance. (4) Where a person is under an obligation to send a certificate of compliance to the Secretary of State under this regulation, that certificate shall be submitted by— (a) where that person is an individual, that individual; (b) where that person is a partnership, a partner; and (c) where that person is a company, a director of that company.
