reg 1 Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Marketing Authorisations Etc.) Amendment Regulations 2005 and shall come into force— (a) except for the purposes of the provisions specified in paragraph (b), on 30th October; and (b) for the purposes of paragraphs (2)(a)(ii) and (vi) and (c), (9)(a), (11)(a) and (14)(e), (f)(i), (iii) to (v) of regulation 2, and paragraphs 3 to 5, 6(b)(iii), 7 to 9, 11, 12 and 17(b) of the Schedule, on 20th November 2005.
