reg 7 Payment of the railway safety levy
(1) Each railway service provider shall, on receipt of a request in writing, pay to the Office of Rail Regulation the amount of railway safety levy calculated in relation to that provider in accordance with regulation 3(3). (2) The Office of Rail Regulation may recover from a railway service provider, as a civil debt due to the Office of Rail Regulation, any amount payable under a request sent in accordance with paragraph (1) which remains outstanding after the date determined in accordance with regulation 3(1)(d) or 3(2), as the case may be.
