reg 22 Notice of objections and other representations

(1) The Secretary of State shall, as soon as reasonably practicable after he has received an objection or other representation, provide the applicant with a copy of that objection or other representation. (2) As soon as reasonably practicable after the expiry date for objections, the Secretary of State shall provide the applicant with a list of the objections and other representations that the Secretary of State has received stating, in each case— (a) the name and address of the objector or maker of the other representation; and (b) the reference number given to the objection or other representation. (3) The Secretary of State may, upon request, provide any person with a copy of any objections or other representations made by others.
