reg 26 Power to set later time limits
The Secretary of State may in a particular case allow further time for the taking of such steps (including a step which he is required or enabled to take himself) which may or must be taken pursuant to these Rules and any reference to a date by which or a period within which any step is required to be taken shall be construed accordingly.
